Our white butter, the makhan of village kitchens, is churned from fresh curd early each morning and gathered by hand. It is soft, cloud-like and gently tangy, with none of the salt or colour found in factory butter.
Spread it on hot parathas, melt it over dal, or use it to make your own ghee at home. Because it is fresh and free of preservatives, it is packed chilled and is best enjoyed within days.
