Humble beginnings
It began with a handful of cows on our family farm and a kitchen where a pot of ghee was always gently simmering. What we made, we made for our own table.

The bilona tradition
Recipes and methods were passed down through generations: curd set in clay, churned by hand at dawn and simmered slowly in brass. We never found a reason to change them.

Word travelled from neighbours to relatives and friends in nearby towns. Jars went out, people came back for more, and our small kitchen grew into a proper dairy.
